Symptoms

Iron defeciency commonly called lime induced chlorosis, is yellow color that occurs in newly emerged leaves instead of older leaves.

Iron is one of the most important micro nutrients for plants, trees and lawns. While iron is usually plentiful in soil, it is not available in a form for plants to absorb it and with frequent rains many plants will become defecient.

Using high nitrogen fertilizers lowers ph, making iron in the soil even less available which is why iron supplements must be chelated.

Benefits
Iron is essential for plant growth, it increases effeciency of photosynthesis and formation of chlorophyll. Iron helps reactions involving cell division & growth. 100% of our EDTA Iron is available to plants.
