Boca Hydro Manganese EDTA

Boca Hydro Chelated Manganese EDTA 14%

Fully Water-Soluble Micronutrient Fertilizer for Hydroponics, Soil, Foliar Feeding and Fertigation

Boca Hydro Chelated Manganese EDTA 14% is a high-purity, fully water-soluble micronutrient fertilizer designed to correct and help prevent manganese deficiencies quickly and effectively.

Manganese is an essential plant nutrient that supports photosynthesis, chlorophyll formation, enzyme activation, lignin formation, healthy new growth and overall plant development.

EDTA chelation helps keep manganese soluble and available in nutrient solutions, irrigation water and growing media. This makes Boca Hydro Chelated Manganese ideal for hydroponics, coco, rockwool, soil-based gardening, fertigation, foliar feeding, drip systems, pots and containers.

The 14% chelated manganese formula delivers strong, reliable micronutrient support while helping reduce precipitation, lockout and unwanted reactions with other nutrients when used as directed.

14% Manganese EDTA Chelated Fully Water Soluble Hydroponic Compatible Foliar & Fertigation

Highly water soluble and suitable for precision feeding systems, stock solutions and professional micronutrient programs.

Product Benefits
14% Chelated Manganese Provides a concentrated source of manganese in an EDTA-chelated form for strong solubility, clean mixing and reliable plant availability.
Corrects Manganese Deficiency Helps correct and prevent manganese deficiencies that can cause pale new growth, interveinal chlorosis, brown spotting, weak growth and reduced yield.
Supports Photosynthesis Manganese plays a key role in photosynthesis and helps plants use light energy efficiently for healthy growth and development.
Chlorophyll & Enzyme Support Essential for chlorophyll formation, enzyme activation, nitrogen metabolism and important plant growth processes.
Clean Water Solubility Dissolves quickly and cleanly for use in hydroponics, fertigation, drip systems, foliar sprays, soil drenches and stock solutions.
Professional Micronutrient Quality Suitable for growers, greenhouses, nurseries, hydroponic systems, orchards, vegetable crops, citrus and container plants.

Why Use Chelated Manganese?
Hydroponics Provides a clean supplemental manganese source for nutrient solutions where precise micronutrient control is important.
Coco & Rockwool Helps maintain manganese availability in soilless growing systems where pH, irrigation water and nutrient balance can affect uptake.
Soil & Containers Useful for correcting manganese deficiencies in pots, raised beds, gardens, nursery containers and landscape plants.
Citrus & Fruit Trees Manganese is important for citrus, mango, avocado and other fruiting crops that may show micronutrient deficiencies during active growth.
Foliar Feeding Can be applied as a foliar spray when a fast manganese response is needed and plants are actively growing.

Common Manganese Deficiency Symptoms
Young Leaves Manganese deficiency often appears first on younger leaves because manganese is relatively immobile inside the plant.
Leaf Color Leaves may turn pale green to yellow between the veins while the veins remain darker.
Severe Deficiency Advanced deficiency may cause brown spotting, weak growth, leaf dieback, reduced vigor and significant yield loss.
Citrus Citrus may show pale or mottled new growth. Manganese can help correct manganese deficiency symptoms, but little leaf caused by other nutrient issues cannot be corrected with manganese alone.
Magnesium vs. Manganese Magnesium deficiency usually appears first on older leaves because magnesium is mobile in plants. Manganese deficiency is more likely to appear first on newer growth.

Stock Solution & Measuring Reference
Stock Solution Dissolve 100 g / 3.53 oz Boca Hydro Chelated Manganese EDTA 14% in water and fill to a final volume of 1 gallon. Do not apply concentrated stock solution directly to plants.
Dry Product Reference 1/4 tsp dry ≈ 0.9 g | 1/2 tsp dry ≈ 1.75 g | 1 tsp dry ≈ 3.5 g | 1 tbsp dry ≈ 10 g
Liquid Concentrate Reference 1 tsp concentrate ≈ 0.13 g product | 1 tbsp concentrate ≈ 0.39 g product | 1 fl oz concentrate ≈ 0.78 g product
Manganese Reference 1 g per gallon provides approximately 37 ppm Mn. 1 fl oz of the 100 g/gal stock contains approximately 109 mg elemental manganese.
Best Accuracy Use a digital gram scale for best results, especially for hydroponics, foliar sprays and concentrated stock solutions.

Application & Dosing Guide
Foliar Spray Light Maintenance: 0.10–0.25 g per gallon or 4–10 mL concentrate
Standard Correction: 0.25–0.50 g per gallon or 10–19 mL concentrate
Strong Correction: 0.50–0.75 g per gallon or 19–28 mL concentrate
Apply during the early morning or evening. Avoid spraying during extreme heat, intense sunlight or drought stress. Test on a small area before treating sensitive plants.
Pots & Containers Small Pots / Sensitive Plants: 0.05–0.10 g per gallon or 2–4 mL concentrate
Medium to Large Pots: 0.10–0.25 g per gallon or 4–10 mL concentrate
Deficiency Correction: 0.25–0.50 g per gallon or 10–19 mL concentrate
Apply enough prepared solution to evenly moisten the active root zone. Use every 1–2 weeks as needed.
Soil Drench Maintenance Feeding: 0.25–0.50 g per 5 gallons or 10–19 mL concentrate
Deficiency Correction: 1–2 g per 5 gallons or 38–76 mL concentrate
Heavy Correction: 2–3 g per 5 gallons or 76–114 mL concentrate
Apply around the active root zone rather than directly against stems or trunks. Adjust total water volume according to plant size, soil drainage and existing moisture.
Hydroponics Routine Maintenance, 0.5 ppm Mn: 0.014 g per gallon or 0.5 mL concentrate
Strong Routine Feed, 1 ppm Mn: 0.027 g per gallon or 1 mL concentrate
Deficiency Correction, 2 ppm Mn: 0.054 g per gallon or 2 mL concentrate
Heavy Correction, 3 ppm Mn: 0.081 g per gallon or 3 mL concentrate
Maximum Correction, 5 ppm Mn: 0.135 g per gallon or 5 mL concentrate
Use as supplemental manganese within a complete nutrient program. Do not exceed 5 ppm Mn. For routine hydroponic feeding, use lower rates and reserve 2–5 ppm for short-term deficiency correction.
Fertigation / 1:100 Injector Target 0.5 ppm Mn: Dissolve 1.35 g per gallon of injector stock
