Boca Hydro MS Multiple Species Complete Tissue Culture Medium with Organic Sucrose and Agar

Boca Hydro MS (Murashige & Skoog) Multiple Species Complete Tissue Culture Medium is a complete tissue culture medium blend with sucrose and agar and all necessary micro and macronutrients and is ready to use.

Originally formulated by Toshio Murashige and Folke Skoog in 1962. It's a balanced salt mixture containing inorganic nutrients, vitamins, and organic supplements that provide essential elements for plant cell growth and development.

• Vitamins: Provides essential macronutrients (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium) and micronutrients (calcium, magnesium, sulfur, iron, manganese, zinc, copper, boron, molybdenum) for plant metabolism. 
• Support cell division growth, and differentiation.
• Organic Supplements: Includes amino acids, organic acids, and sugars to provide additional carbon sources and energy.
• Versatile: Can be used for a wide range of plant species and tissue types, including callus induction, shoot regeneration, and root development.
• Adaptable: Can be modified with additional hormones, growth factors, or other compounds to suit specific experimental needs.
• Works with all PGR's both organic and inorganic.
• Cuttings: Can be used to root cuttings and clones. ( Add liquid IBA if desired )

• Micropropagation: Rapidly multiplying plants from a small number of explants.
• All Species: Works with tens of thousands of species of plants from Orchids to Cannabis.

250g Makes 6 Litres of complete solution.

Instructions:

Dissolve 42 Grams of product in 1L of distilled water.

Mix or heat until product is fully dissolved.

Adjust PH to 5.7 or as needed. ( Not required )

Fill containers or tubes and autoclave at 116 C or 240 F
for 30 minutes.
