Symptoms
Symptoms of manganese deficiency include: Leaves turning pale green between the veins, and possibly brown and die. In citrus, little leaf cannot be corrected with manganese. Manganese deficiency can lead to significant yield loss.
Plants generally push magnesium to new growth and old leaves develop pale green color, with manganese it is the opposite.
Chelation prevents reactions with other nutrients and enhances the absorption and utilization of rate in all plants.

Stock Solution
Dissolve 100 grams (3.53 oz) of Boca Hydro Chelated Manganese EDTA 14%
in 1 gallon of distilled water
1 fl oz (29.57 mL) = 0.78 grams of dry product
1 fl oz = 109 ppm Mn
Foliar
Use 0.25–0.5 grams per gallon
Use 1–2 tsp per gallon of concentrate
(5–10 mL of concentrate = 13–26 ppm Mn)
Pots and Containers
Small pots: 0.05–0.1 g/gal (1–2 mL per gallon concentrate)
Large pots: 0.1–0.25 g/gal (2.5–6 mL per gallon concentrate)
Drench (5 gallons of water)
Maintenance Feeding: 0.25–0.5 grams (5–10 mL or 1-2 tsp concentrate per 5 gallons)
Defeciency Correction: 1–2 grams (20–40 mL or 1.3-2.7 tbsp per 5 gallons)

Target: 2-5 ppm (mn/Gal) of manganese. Do not exceed 5ppm

Start at 2–3 ppm Mn (0.5–0.8 g/gal) for general use or regular feeding.
Use 4–5 ppm Mn (1.0–1.35 g/gal) if plants show signs of deficiency such as interveinal chlorosis on younger leaves, or if you are feeding citrus.
Manganese is consumed regularly, a top up of 1/4 gram per gallon per week is sufficient for established plants.
